This clearinghouse provides a list of links, books, and articles
on building or retrofitting schools to withstand natural disasters
and terrorism, developing emergency preparedness plans, and using
school buildings to shelter community members during emergencies.

Clearinghouse for Alcohol and Drug Information (NCADI)
Offers current information and materials
concerning alcohol and substance abuse prevention, intervention,
and treatment. Includes youth substance abuse prevention materials
and resources. A service of the Substance Abuse and Mental Health

Criminal Justice Reference Service
This clearinghouse contains publications
produced by the U.S. Department of Justice’s Office of Juvenile
Justice and Delinquency Prevention as well as other justice and
substance abuse information to support research, policy, and program
development.

Provides information about mental health
prevention and treatment to consumers of mental health services
and their families, the general public, policy makers, providers,

Works Clearinghouse (WWC) Established by the U.S. Department
of Education’s Institute of Education Sciences, the WWC serves
as a central, independent, and trusted source of scientific evidence
of what works in education. The WWC develops standards for reviewing
and synthesizing educational research and providing its findings
in several free, searchable databases. |
